Collection and Use of Information
ePoc does not collect any personal data. We do not request, store, or process information such as your name, email address, phone number, IP address, or any other personal information.
Audience and Monitoring Data
To improve our service and ensure its proper functioning, we collect anonymous audience and monitoring data through the following services:
- Matomo (formerly Piwik): We use Matomo, hosted on piwik.inria.fr, to collect anonymous audience data. This data includes information such as:
- Pages visited
- Session duration
- Device type and operating system
- Country of origin of traffic
- Sentry: We use Sentry for application monitoring. This helps us identify and resolve technical issues. The collected data may include:
- Error reports
- Application performance
- Technical environment information (app version, operating system)
This data is used solely for analysis and improvement of our service. It is not used to personally identify users.
Data Protection
We take the security of your data seriously. Although we do not collect personal data, we implement appropriate security measures to protect the audience and monitoring data we collect.
